So how can you get 5 stars when things go wrong ? Well, ithow problems are handled and THAT, you do exceptionally well. The delivery of the last order actually came a day earlier than expected on a holiday weekend. There was a problem on the Momofuku soy sauce but it was put in a knotted bubble bag and nothing else was damaged. I was going to call you but then this review came so thanks for anticipating.
